Sam is a partner in Milgrom and Daskam’s litigation group. Sam represents clients in a variety of business disputes. Sam has achieved successful outcomes for his clients in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, trial, and on appeal. He has litigated cases involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, insurance coverage, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, construction defects, and enforcement of arbitration clauses.

Prior to joining Milgrom and Daskam, Sam litigated cases for over eight years at law firms in Colorado, New York, and New Jersey. Sam graduated from the George Washington University Law School with high honors and clerked for Judge Stephanie Mitterhoff in the New Jersey Superior Court following law school.

When he is not practicing law, Sam enjoys learning about intellectual history; discussing philosophy; and playing poker, softball, and golf. He is licensed to practice in Colorado, New York, and New Jersey.
