Hillary represents all types of clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and sale-leaseback or leasing of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.  Clients rely on Hillary to analyze and develop responses to transactional and development-related matters, and she has experience working with clients in a variety of industries.  Hillary represents landlords, tenants, institutional property owners, and asset managers in industrial buildings, student housing, senior living, office buildings, and retail shopping centers across the county.  Hillary also represents quick serve restaurant and big box franchisors and franchisees with a national footprint and provides legal guidance in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters.  She has successfully negotiated purchase and sale contracts, leases, condominium documents, and development related documentation on behalf of her clients.  Hillary’s project management background enables her to better serve her clients’ complex legal needs and she places a strong emphasis on being responsive to her clients and focusing on the business issues specific to her clients in complex real estate transactions.

Hillary holds a B.A. in international studies from the University of Vermont and earned her J.D. from the University of Denver. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.  Outside of the office, Hillary enjoys backcountry skiing and adventure travel with her husband Scott and trail running with their two Australian Shepherds.
