Matt joined Milgrom & Daskam in May 2024, and provides growth-centered corporate counsel to businesses of all sizes, with particular attention toward business organization, healthcare, information privacy, technology, and software as a service (SaaS). Before joining Milgrom & Daskam, Matt provided outside general corporate counsel to businesses throughout Colorado and Arizona. Matt also learned the operational elements of practicing corporate law by spending several years as in-house legal counsel to a healthcare provider organization with operations spanning approximately thirty states and with providers in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, neurosurgery, telehealth, and neurology, among others.  

Matt attended the University of Arizona for college and law school and is admitted to practice law in Colorado (active) and Arizona (inactive). Matt serves on the Legislative Review Committee of the Colorado Bar Association’s Health Law Section and is also a member of the American Health Law Association.

In his free time, Matt volunteers at charities in the Denver area providing interview and resume coaching to people experiencing homelessness. Matt can also be found bouldering and trail running in Colorado’s mountains with his wife and two dogs or studying the guitar.
