Ilias Politis joined Milgrom Daskam & Ellis as Of Counsel in July 2026. Ilias represents a variety of clients in health law and general corporate matters, focusing on a broad range of healthcare matters including provider contracting, informed consent drafting, privacy issues, and fraud and abuse, among others. Prior to joining the firm, Ilias served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 healthcare company, supporting the company’s nationwide hospital services business complex commercial contracting and regulatory needs. Ilias also gained experience in the public sector, working for several years for Colorado’s Medicaid Agency. At Medicaid, he gained a solid understanding of public-sector contracting and the general Medicaid landscape.

Ilias holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah and earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. He is licensed to practice in Colorado. Outside of the office, Ilias enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, enjoying the outdoors (especially riding the Cherry Creek Trail or around Denver’s various parks), and gardening as a long-standing community garden member through Denver Urban Gardens.
