Ekaterina “Katie” Kamenetsky
Katie Kamenetsky is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School. She is barred in the District of Columbia and is pending admission in Colorado.
Katie joined Milgrom & Daskam as a law clerk in 2020, where she works on various litigation matters regarding employment, intellectual property, business, and construction disputes. She assists in all stages of the process, including case assessment, factual investigation, discovery, dispositive motions, settlement, and mediation.
At George Washington, Katie served as a teaching assistant for the legal research and writing program. She maintained an active role as Vice President in the Banking and Securities Law Society and participated in various alternative dispute resolution competitions. During law school, Katie worked as a Lexis representative, helping her peers become better legal researchers. Katie interned on the Hill as a Legal Fellow and at the Colorado Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge David Furman. These experiences helped Katie hone the skills of research and writing to be a zealous advocate for her clients.
Prior to law school, Katie lived in Israel where she studied Business at the Interdisciplinary Center and volunteered in Ramla. She is proficient in Hebrew and Russian. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys exploring Colorado and visiting friends and family all over the world.
